Happy Sweet Sketch Wednesday and guess who our sponsor is....Inktegrity....(cheers and whistles)!! The image I chose to use is the Sunflower Fairy. Joni has several different flower fairies to choose from too, so be sure to check them all out!

I used Stampin' Up cardstocks; Summer Sun and Bashful Blue (I think), and the DP's are from the Bella Birds set. I colored with the same markers, plus a couple more, and for the wings I used a glitter pen. She is cut out using an oval nestie, with another oval nestie kind of shadowed behind it. For the bow I used some funky fibers from Making Memories, and thennnnnn......DRAGONFLIES!!!!!.......with some itty bitty rhinestones in the centers, so ca-ute!

Don't forget to see what the rest of the Design Team has created, and thanks for coming by. Have an enchanted day, and take care!

Peace & Luv,
You crack me up....hehe....Happy Tuesday chicklets!! This is another Stampin' Up par-tay card made over the weekend, and this little guy sure is a cutie! It's from a set called A Good Egg, and all of the papers are also SU. A cute little card going off in the mail to a cute little someone!

It's heating up here in Arizona these last couple of days, high 80's, but it's going to go back down into the 60's on Thursday. That's really crazy, since once it usually hits the 80's it just keeps going up from there. I'll take it though, it's been really great so far.

I hope you have a great Tuesday, thanks for visiting, and take care!

Peace & Luv,
Happy Monday! You Rock...hehe! This was such a fun card to make, and one that I made at our Stampin' Up get together over the weekend. Everything is Stampin' Up, of course, the stamps, papers, ribbon, and the markers too. We also added Stickles around the guitar. This is a really cool set and would be great for anyone. It's called Friends Rock and it also has a butterfly and a heart with love on it, as well as another sentiment. Thanks Jan for another great par-tay, and to Brenda for her hospitality. I'll have a couple more cards to show you this week too, so be sure to come back and see them!

Thanks for coming by, I hope you get through your Monday just fine, and that your week will be a good one. Take care of yourself!

Peace & Luv,

Hi there and Happy Sunday! Sorry I haven't posted the last couple of days, but my computer has a bug and so do I, both of our tummies are killing us! Anyway, this card is made with two Unity stamps and Stampin' Up papers and cardstock. The flower is one that I crocheted and I just stuck a brad through the center of it. This card is also made following Taylored Expressions Sketch #106. This one turned out very springy and fun, and I think I make a couple more to send out!

I hope your weekend is a good one, I appreciate you stopping in for a visit, and take care!

Peace & Luv,
Happy Twisted Thursday with Shirley's 2 Girls!!! There's no S2G sketch this week, but the "twist" this week is to use BUTTONS! We all have some of those hanging' around, don't we?! I used almost all S2G's products here, including the paper. The digital image I used is called Bunny Hop and I decided to put the buttons on the tails! This is such a fun and happy bunny, it's hard not to smile when you see him.

Even though there isn't a sketch this week, that doesn't mean that you can't use one from another blog and then enter your card for both challenges. The sketch that I used is from Mojo Monday, but I'm not stopping there with the challenges. Thanks to the great detective work of some of the gals on the Design Team, they scoped out lots of other challenges to enter our cards into this week. We love to spread the Shirley's 2 Girls love all around, and this is a great way to do it!

Here is a list of the challenges that I will be entering:
Mojo Monday-Sketch, Paper Garden Projects-Spring or Easter colors, Totally Gorjuss-Ribbon, Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge-Spring has Sprung, Allsorts-Spring is in the Air, Just Us Girls-Spring Colors, and Digital Tuesday-Spring Theme.

To those of you who may still be on the fence about Digital Images, or you're just not sure how to use them, Shirley's 2 Girls has a new link to explain it all with a DIGI TUTORIAL!
You will find out everything you have ever wanted to know about how to download, use, and save all of your images. I tell ya I'm hooked! When you want it, and you want it now, there's no waiting for the cute guy in the brown truck to show up (ahem)... It's all on your computer, so no clunking around in boxes and baskets trying to find the right stamp, or trying to find the space to put them all. There's no cleaning involved, and that's always a good thing, and you can re-size it anywhere from bigger to smaller to backward if you want to! So do be sure to check the tutorial out, and if you ever need any kind of help, be sure to ask me and I'd be more than happy to walk you through it.

Well, I think that about covers it this week except to tell you that you also need to check out what the rest of the Ladies With Attitude Design Team has created, because they will surely put a smile on your face!

Have an awesome Twisted Thursday, thanks so much for visiting, and take care!

Peace, Luv, and Happy Friday-Eve!
Happy Sweet Sketch Wednesday! I'm so excited to have Bugaboo Stamps as our sponsor this week! Jodie has come up with some images that are just downright hysterical! I chose to use one of the Garden Cats for today's card, and he certainly looks like he's gotten into some trouble here today, wouldn't you say? You could be a winner if you play along with us, and be sure to check out what the rest of the Design Team crew has created today as well, they are just too fun for words!

The papers I used are from DCWV's Green Stack. The flowers are Close to My Heat, and the ribbon is from Imaginisce. The image is colored in with some Copics, and cut out with a circle nestie and popped up.

I hope your week is going along well, thanks for coming by, and take care!

Peace & Luv,
Hey there! The card I've got for you today (that I meant to post yesterday) was made at the last cardmaking party I attended, and this time I learned to use a brass stencil with some pastel chalks, I think is what they were. Wasn't it nice of Becky to bring out the Dragonfly one? It was fun, and something that I've not done before. I also used some Stickles to give them a bit of bling, along with the rhinestones. It's a very pretty card, not as whimsical as I like to do these days, like you'll see over the next 2 days, (hehe) but I do really like the fresh springy colors and the all around serene feel of it. Very zen!

It's Tuesday, the weather here has been fantastic, except that it's decided to rain a bit today. In Arizona we like the rain a whole lot though! I've been busy with all kinds of projects for upcoming challenges that I can't wait to share with y'all! Thanks so much for visiting, drop me a comment and let me know what you're up to, and take care! I think I'll go light some incense now....

Peace & Luv,
Happy Sunday! Today's card is for Taylored Expressions Sketch Challenge #105. I'm using one of Shirley's 2 Girls images called Shoe Fits. I was excited to use these papers that I scored at a garage sale recently. They are from Paper Reflections and it's a pack of 40 coordinating sheets, which is right up my alley, that I got for $2. From there I just printed it out twice, once on white which is where I colored her in and then cut it out to place on top of the patterned paper. I also used a glitter pen on some of the shoes and her jewelry. From there it was pretty easy to follow the sketch, and add some ribbons and a button. She looks so happy shoppin' for shoes, doesn't she?

It's noon already here, I've got more laundry going, and it's a gorgeous day again. I've got a couple errands to run, and then I'm going to put a pot roast in the oven for din-din. You know the kind with potatoes and carrots and onions. It's a midwest thing and some good old fashioned comfort food.

Thanks for coming by, have an awesome Sunday, and take care!

Peace & Luv,
Happy, happy Saturday!! I've just got a little note holder for you today that we made at the last Close to My Heart party. These are so cute, and make a nice little thinking of you, or thank you quick gift I think. We used all CTMH products and then just put a little post-it pad of note paper inside. Perfect to tuck inside any purse!

Well it is an absolutely gorgeous day here in Arizona, and I've cleaned and started some laundry. Now I'm catching up on emails from the week and I need to get a couple of cards done. Tonite I'm going to a fancy little cocktail party for a work event for a little while, and I've got New Moon reserved to watch afterward.

I hope your Saturday is fantastic, thanks so much for stoppin' by during your busy day, and take care!

Peace & Luv,

Happy St Patrick's Day and Sweet Sketch Wednesday! Today's sponsor is DigiStamp Boutique again and I luv, luv, luv, Sally Ann's stuff! The first card is made using Mikey Monkey, and since he's got a beer in his hand, it has to be green today, ya?! Sketch 41 is perfect for this image and I used some green SU papers and topped it off with some plaid ribbon. I'm not even sure plaid is an Irish thing, but it's just one of the things that I think of when I think of St. Pat's Day.

Since it's a holiday, and there was another DigiStamp St. Pat's image to play with, I had to use it, right? So here is St. Patrick's Jim and he's all decked out in his green suit and he's good to go today, wouldn't you say? I basically just used some scraps, but I think it came together pretty good for putting it together quickly (don't look too closely), I said don't!

Anyway, I hope you join us this week, not only because it's a fun holiday but because you can win some of these fabulous images for yourself! Be sure to check out what the rest of the Design Team has created and you're sure to be inspired!

Thanks so much for coming by, I hope you have a fun St. Patrick's Day and be sure to wear green today, whether you're Irish or not or else you're going to get pinched!

Peace, Luv and Cheers!!
Happy Tuesday and here's some Spring Wishes for you! At first I didn't like how this bird turned out when I stamped it, but the more I let it sit and dry I thought it turned out kinda cool. This stamps are a Close to My Heart set called - A Tweet, and it comes with the branch and the flowers too. I cut out the flowers and curled up the edges a little bit, inked them, and put pearls in the centers. I also put a brown pearl on the bird for the eye. The papers are from the My Reflections set, the image is popped up and then I just tied a bit of ribbon on to finish it off. Hope you like it!

Thanks so much for coming by, have an awesome day, and take care!

Peace & Luv,
Monday, Monday....well here we are again! I do have a quick happy birthday card for you here today, and my inspiration came from another great cardmaking blog called Witty Title Here, and Heather makes some very beautiful cards. I'm using a new and cute Close to My Heart birthday cake stamp from a set called Piece of Cake. I used some ColorBox Frost White ink on some of SU's Riding Hood Red cardstock, which is also the base of the card. The tan cardstock is some of the new Bazzil and it's polka dot textured. The sentiment is on some SU Baja Blue. The little flower is a stamp from Unity, stamped in the Baja Blue ink with a rhinestone in the center of it. The cake is pop-dotted too and that's about it. Pretty cute I think, and I made a few more in different colors while I was at it.

I hope your Monday will be good, I appreciate you coming by, and take care!

Peace & Luv,
Happy Sunday and a little spring flower cart for you today! We made these yesterday at our Close to My Heart par-tay that our fabulous demonstrator Ronah came up with. Isn't it just the most darling little thing? Everything is CTMH, the cardstocks, the felt flowers, the bunny stamp and ribbon and buttons. It was a kick to put together, and we had an awesome time, as usual!

I hope your Sunday is a good one, I've got lots of cardmaking to get done today, so thanks so visiting and take care!

Peace & Luv,
Hey there and Happy Saturday! Sorry for the late post today, but I was up early seeing the boys off on their Boy Scout hike and camping trip this morning and then I went back to bed! I guess I needed it.

Today's card is made using Taylored Expressions Sketch Challenge 104. The image I'm using is Shirley's 2 Girls, called Break Time. The base paper is Bazzil, and the gold paper is another ream of paper that I scored awhile ago for $5. The DP is from JilliBean. Then I just added a scalloped trim at the bottom and a pretty mocha colored bow. Ahh...the great indoors with a cup of coffee and you've got a perfect Saturday afternoon!

I hope you are enjoying your day, thanks for visiting, and take care!

Peace & Luv,
Happy Friday! Whew....it's been a long one! Today's card is for Mojo Monday Sketch #129. I do like to work with Julee's sketches very much, I have to say, and I go back and use them over and over. This week's sketch is another that was very fun to work with. I used images from Pink Petticoat, the DP's are from K&Company's Berry Sweet designer mat pad, and then the cardstocks are from Stampin' Up; Pretty in Pink and Barely Banana. The base of the card is a light green cardstock that I bought a ream of quick awhile ago, (for $5). I added a little bit of ribbon and rhinestones, and the main flower image is popped up. It reminds me of spring and all of the great new and fresh colors that go along with it, and I hope you like it too!

I am so very happy that it's Friday, and I'm looking forward to another great day spent with the gals tomorrow creating more cards together. I always look forward to learning new things, and I'll be sure to show you the results next week.

Thanks so much for hangin' with me this week, I appreciate it very much. I may not be one of the most popular blogs on the block, but I do care about each and every one of my returning blogland friends and very much look forward to hearing from you. Give yourself a big hug from me, have an awesome Friday, and take care of yourself!

Peace & Luv,
Happy Twisted Thursday!!! It's another image from the new Shirley's 2 Girls Alice release....the cheshire cat!! So the twist this week is to use stripes, and since this cat already has stripes on him, guess what....we're giving one to you to use for free!! Yippeee!! Also, the sketch is optional, so all you really need to do, if you want to, is to include stripes. Upload your image on the Shirley's 2 Girls Challenge Blog, and you could win a free digital image of your choice. Since there were the most players ever last week, this week there will be 2 winners and that means your chances are even better. If you could also please use these keywords: S2GSC46, S2g and Shirleys2girls, when uploading your cards anywhere, it would be greatly appreciated.

So....whatcha waiting for? I want to see what you can do with this little guy. I decided to go the bright primary color route, but you'll be amazed to see what the rest of the Design Team has come up with and be truly inspired I know.

Another thing that I want to pass along to you, is that the Girls have some new KITS available in the shop. The kits have papers, ribbons, embellishments and stamps ready for you to create something fabulous with them. There are limited quantities, so you won't want to miss out on them!

Whew....I know that's a lot to take in, but it's all so worth it! I hope you have a perfect Thursday that's a little bit twisted too, thanks so much for visiting, take care of yourself and....Happy Friday-Eve!!
